Yuri Luzhkov awards Dr. Kvint

On October 22, 2007, the Mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov awarded Dr. Kvint with a proclamation for his input in the development of public, social and cultural relationships between Moscow and the world. This is one of the highest honors awarded from the office of the Mayor. He was also awarded with the International Council of Russian Compatriot’s Medal for his contribution to international cooperation and friendship. Both events took place in the main office of the Mayor of Moscow on October 22, 2007.
