The International Kondratieff Foundation, the Branch of Research of Cycles and Forecasting of The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences have just announced the results of the VIII International Kondratieff competition for Nikolai Kondratieff medals. The medals are awarded once in every three years to Russian and Foreign scholars "For their outstanding contribution to the development of social sciences".
The winners are awarded with gold, silver and bronze medals.
The 2010 Gold medalist for this competition is Dr. Vladimir Kvint (USA-Russia). He was recognized by his studies of Global Emerging Market and development theory of this new economic phenomenon.
